Plateau pest control LLC Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into by and between Plateau pest control LLC and the client for the provision of marketing services. By engaging in business with Plateau pest control LLC the Client agrees to the following terms:
Services :Plateau pest control LLC agrees to provide marketing services as outlined in the agreed-upon proposal or contract.
Payment: Client agrees to pay all fees as specified in the agreed-upon proposal or contract. Invoices are due on the date specified and are considered delinquent if not paid within the specified timeframe.
Term and Termination: The term of this Agreement is as specified in the proposal or contract. Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term.
Intellectual Property: Any intellectual property created during the provision of services shall be use for the Client upon full payment of all fees. there shall be no resell of the work or reuse for any other means is prohibited.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information received during the term of this Agreement.
Indemnification: Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Plateau pest control LLC against any claims arising out of the Client’s use of the marketing services.

Using our services you agree that Plateau Pest Control LLC is not responsible for and does not guarantee against present or future damage to the building or contents, or provide for the repair or replacement thereof. This agreement does not provide for the control of termites, fungus, beetles, or any other pests not indicated herein. This plan does not guarantee, and Plateau Pest Control LLC does not represent, that covered insects will not return to the Property.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Plateau pest control LLC be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages.\Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington State and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Washington State.
Amendments: This Agreement may only be amended in writing and signed by both parties.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, oral or written, relating to the subject matter.
Guranteee is valid when the user is approved by user consent. if the Plateau pest control LLC is established with the business domain or using domain from our work and transfered there will be no refund as the work is completed and transfered.
By engaging in services with Plateau pest control LLC , the Client acknowledges understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
